Shipping/Refunds

SHIPPING

All orders (except custom orders) will be shipped in 1-3 business days with USPS first class or priority mail depending on the weight of your package. 

I cannot guarantee an arrival date of any order once it has been shipped. Deliveries are taking longer amounts of time due to USPS delays. I have the same tracking number and shipment information as you do. 

I currently offer shipping only to the United States. You will be notified once your package has been shipped with a tracking number. 

Shipping will cost $8.50 regardless of how many soaps you order, so you might as well fill the box :)

If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect shipping address, I am not responsible for paying the second shipping charge to ship the package again so please double check your addresses. 

If you are local to San Diego and would like to save on shipping costs by picking up at my home in Sabre Springs, San Diego, CA, use code PORCHPICKUP. This code will waive the shipping cost and then I will reach out to arrange pickup from my porch at your convenience. If this code is used, I WILL NOT ship your package in the mail. If you use this code by mistake and would like me to mail it instead, please contact me or I will contact you if I notice your shipping address is not local to San Diego. Thank you! If you forget to use this code and would like to pickup instead, just contact me as soon as possible so I can refund the shipping cost. 

If you would like to pickup from my parent's home in Valencia, CA, use code VALENCIA. When they visit (typically once a month), I will send your order back with them and arrange a pickup time from their porch in Old Orchard 1 neighborhood.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

Due to the nature of the products, returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, if the product has a mistake on my behalf, please contact me so I can make it right. I will either ship the correct product to you immediately or refund you. I do my best to package the soaps well during shipment but please let me know if you have any issues.

 

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS (if applicable)

I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. I cannot refund a purchase once it has already shipped.
